1. Agreement and scope

This End User License Agreement governs your use of Sythe Labs integrations and related software. It applies when you install, authorize, or use an integration, including the Sythe Labs Vercel integration. These terms supplement our Terms of Use.

2. License

Subject to this agreement, Sythe Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the integration for your internal business purposes with authorized third-party accounts.

3. Third-party integrations, including Vercel

You may connect a third-party account only when you have authority to do so. The Vercel integration uses the permissions configured through Vercel to read authorized project and domain information for your organization. It uses that information to maintain a cloud-service inventory and related compliance evidence. It does not deploy or change Vercel resources.

You remain responsible for selecting appropriate permissions, protecting your third-party account, and complying with the third-party platform's terms. Vercel and other third-party platforms are independent services and are not controlled by Sythe Labs.

4. Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of an integration.
  • Do not use an integration to access data or systems without authorization.
  • Do not bypass integration, platform, or account security controls.
  • Do not use an integration in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

5. Ownership

Sythe Labs and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the integrations and related intellectual property. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the integration or any Sythe Labs technology to you.

6. Availability and support

Integrations depend on third-party platforms and may be unavailable, changed, or removed when those platforms change their APIs, terms, or capabilities. Use the support page for integration, platform, or other support requests.

7. Privacy and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process integration data. You may stop using an integration at any time by disconnecting it. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of this agreement.
